The Cleaning Process

What happens on the day of cleaning? Our experienced team will arrive at the agreed time with all professional equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products. They will follow a detailed checklist to ensure every area is cleaned to the highest standard. You're welcome to be present or provide access as arranged.

Do you use eco-friendly products? We use high-quality, effective cleaning products that are safe for your home and the environment wherever possible.

Will I need to be at the property during the clean? Not necessarily. Many clients arrange for us to access the property via key safe, estate agent, or other secure method. We treat every property with the utmost respect and care.

After the Service

What if I'm not completely satisfied? Your satisfaction is our priority. If anything doesn't meet our usual high standards, please let us know within 24–48 hours and we will return to rectify it at no extra cost.
